In this role, you will:
Lead the development of the future global design for KCC demand planning under the Aurora program.
This expert will need to consider existing processes and varying market conditions, dynamics and data as the team designs the process and technical solution of the future.
This expert will need to facilitate the alignment of the solution across the business and technical stakeholders to achieve the aligned outcomes of the demand planning process area and ultimately work together with the team to execute and deploy the process and solution globally over the coming years.
* Develop and specify new product materials.
* Collaborate with current suppliers to improve materials and co-develop new solutions.
* Identify and qualify new raw material suppliers.
* Lead machine trials to validate new materials and products.
* Approve new materials following K-C development protocols, including timeline management, risk analysis, technical reporting, and formalization of development stages.
* Lead Research & Development activities in Renovation and Innovation projects, including:
+ Timeline management;
+ Material code requests;
+ Product technical bill of materials creation;
+ Validation testing;
+ Technical documentation generation.
