The Digital Manufacturing MES Engineer plays a key role in supporting the standardized deployment of MES batch records across the MTO organization, as part of the NGM (Next Gen MES) Program.

The MES Engineer will be part of a team of experienced Subject Matter Experts on batch record modelling, automation integration, business standardization and quality best practices.

He or she supports initiation and acceleration of the deployment of global MES projects at site level enabling successful handover to the local project team.

The MES Engineer fosters collaboration across local sites, global, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and value realisation, while maintaining compliance and best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities


* Lead by example and strive to perform to high standards at all times in compliance with Credo and Standards of Leadership.  Act as a role model for all colleagues within the Deployment Excellence team.


* Support the execution of NGM projects across MTO.


* Business relationship management and ensuring the NGM program and best practices are meeting business requirements.
