We are searching for the best talent for an Executive Administrative Assistant - ATSC.

This hybrid position can be in Springhouse, PA, Horsham, PA, Titusville, NJ or Raritan, NJ.

This position may require up to 10% travel (domestic and international).

Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the designated office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

Position summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents, ensuring seamless operations across calendars, travel, meetings, and departmental activities.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage complex, dynamic calendars across multiple time zones.


* Schedule meetings (virtual and in-person), including logistics, technology setup, agendas, and materials.


* Organize large internal meetings and events, both onsite and offsite.


* Have full latitude to modify work processes and workflow to enhance personal efficiency and that of the Vice Presidents and team


* Arrange domestic and international travel via Concur.

Prepare and reconcile expense reports promptly.


* Serve as a primary point of contact between VPs and internal/external stakeholders.


* Draft, edit, and manage highly confidential correspondence.


* Provide timely updates and reminders for deadlines and events.


* Maintain SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and organizational charts.
