Job Designation

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves juggling multiple projects, and has a passion for creative storytelling and brand building.  As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, coordinating events, and analyzing performance metrics.

You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our brand message is consistent, compelling, and impactful.

Job Specifications:


* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms


* Coordinate content creation and scheduling for blogs, newsletters, and social media


* Support event planning and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and promotional events


* Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral


* Track campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools


* Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets


* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights


* Help manage the company’s website and ensure content is current and optimized

 Qualifications


* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms


* Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus


* Highly organized with strong attention to detail


* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
