Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

Warehouse Analyst Ortho Warehouse to be in Grecia, Costa Rica.

Purpose:

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead/Senior Supervisor, the Experienced Analyst, will be responsible for inventory management including receipt, storage, coordination of cycle counting, repackaging, and issuance of materials and products, including outbound shipments from the site.

 

As we establish our new site, this role will be pivotal in supporting the development of site procedures for both inbound and outbound operations.

It will also involve collaborating closely with the Warehouse Team Lead on team leadership, training, development, and operational excellence as we scale.

Additionally, the role will oversee KPI monitoring and provide system support to the warehouse team.

 

Furthermore, this role will require close collaboration with the Warehouse Team Lead during the setup of our new ERP system to ensure a comprehensive understanding of warehouse workflows and operations.
