Purpose: The Business Operations Manager, TPPIT, will report to Senior Director of TPPIT Strategy & Business Operations.

This key position will partner with the TPPIT S&O team and key partners across TPPIT, PSTS, DPDS and JJIM to help drive business and strategic operations and contribute to progression and implementation of innovative initiatives and foster a culture of effective decision-making continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:



* Manage base business planning and continuous improvement,


* Support TPPIT strategic planning , staff engagement, and communication.


* Partner with TPPIT S&O lead, and team leads to manage and progress priorities supporting TPPIT scientific execution, operational effectiveness and innovative capability builds.


* Support implementation of cross-functional initiative outcomes & functional efficiencies


* Oversee resource management and effective allocation (workforce, OPEX, CAPEX, non-GxP)


* Support TPPIT functional operating review and departmental planning
