Job Summary
As a Loan Servicing Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will manage a team of loan servicing specialists to ensure smooth loan portfolio operations.

You will interpret loan documents, interact with stakeholders, and oversee critical deadlines.

Your expertise in loan servicing and lending services will guide impactful decisions and financial management.

You will resolve complex issues, drive strategic planning, and foster continuous improvement.

Your leadership will nurture future talent and support the growth of our Agency/Off-Balance Sheet Servicing team, enabling expansion in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS offerings.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining servicing frameworks for agency products, collaborating with commercial real estate teams, and ensuring operational readiness.

Your focus on quality control, process improvement, and team development will help us deliver best-in-class servicing solutions.

Job Responsibilities


* Oversee interpretation of loan documents for accurate and timely servicing.


* Lead a team of loan servicing specialists, driving performance and improvement.


* Resolve issues using advanced conflict management skills.


* Guide loan servicing operations with strategic planning aligned to firm goals.


* Mentor and develop future leaders within the team.


* Equip team members with skills, resources, and support for success.


* Maintain performance metrics and enforce quality control.


* Build and maintain servicing frameworks for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae products.

* Collaborate with WLS and commercial real estate teams on operational readiness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Seven or more years of experience managing loan servicing operations.


* Proven leadership in financial services, driving performance and improvement.
