What you’ll do


* Collaborate closely with our rented colleagues to ensure that customers living in Home Group tenancies receive the support they need to successfully sustain their homes.


* We will provide tailored support to customers in general needs tenancies across the East Coast and Yorkshire, responding to needs identified by Housing Managers. 


* Acting as a key point of contact during potentially complex periods in their lives, we will offer direct assistance, signpost to specialist services, and empower customers with the skills and confidence to maintain their tenancies.


* You will maintain strong communication with our rented colleagues, ensuring information is shared openly and consistently.

Accurate and timely updates to internal systems will be essential to reflect the support provided.


* As this is a pilot initiative, adaptability is key.

* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and adapt to change as the pilot evolves.

* Identify support needs early and implement appropriate interventions to address and resolve issues.
