Overview

Assist the Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and provide outstand service excellence.

Wage: $13.00 an hour

A LIVELY CANTINA IN DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND

Worshipped as the Aztec gods of fertility and long life, venerated for their powers of sustenance, corn masa and agave have been central to Mexican culture and cuisine since ancient times.

Using authentic flavors and techniques, we prepare corn masa starters, Mexico City-style tacos and other cantina classics to pair with over 200 agave spirits.

Our collection of Tequilas and Mezcals pays homage to the jimadores and mezcaleros who have labored over their craft for generations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Deliver Food


* Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.

Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.


* Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.


* Serve guests with beverages, chips and salsa to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.


* Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.


* Roll silverware


* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.


* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills


* Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.


* Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs.
