✨ Design personalized, meaningful therapy plans that restore function and joy.
?‍♀️ Help residents crush their mobility goals (and celebrate every milestone ?).
? Collaborate with nurses, OT/PTA teammates, and other care heroes ?‍♀️?‍♂️.
? Educate and empower — residents, families, and staff alike.
? Bring positivity, humor, and heart into every session.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.

Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
