WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Senior Manager, General Accounting & Tax

The Senior Manager, General Accounting & Tax is a key strategic leader within the accounting department, responsible for overseeing the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and managing all aspects of tax compliance.

This position is responsible for ensuring key activities such as period-end close, account reconciliations, audits, and tax compliance are achieved accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.

The Senior Manager will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, drive process improvements, and play a critical role in supporting the financial health of the organization.

This is a full-time remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


* Lead and mentor the general accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 


* Direct all phases of the period-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

This includes establishing and maintaining a robust close calendar, procedures, and documentation.


* Establish and maintain key policies and work instructions that support internal control effectiveness and process efficiency, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
