What you'll do:


* Visionary Strategy: You are the mastermind behind our market entry, developing the launch strategy for our new sequencer and ensuring we achieve our goals through continuous market and competitor analysis.


* Innovative Marketing: You will design effective marketing concepts, manage creative campaigns and events, and ensure our message reaches the right target audience – always keeping an eye on the success of your measures.


* Voice of our Customers: You will work closely with sales, visit key customers, build a strong network of key opinion leaders, and represent Roche at international conferences and trade fairs.


* Project Leadership with Impact: You will navigate confidently through our matrix organization, independently lead complex projects, and become the central commercial contact for the EMEA and Latin America region in a therapeutic area such as oncology, multiomics, or human genetics.

What you'll bring:


* Your Expertise: You have several years of professional experience in Next Generation Sequencing, with at least three years in product management or strategic marketing.


* Strategic Mindset: You think analytically and creatively, transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies, and ideally have previous experience in strategy consulting.


* Marketing Know-How: From customer segmentation and campaign development to performance measurement – you have mastered the entire marketing toolkit and know how to inspire sales teams.
