Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly talented Pricing Analyst to join our Marketing Team at our Assumption, IL facility.

The Pricing Analyst will have interaction with a cross-functional team on a daily basis including the marketing, IT, finance, and customer service departments as they analyze, process, and document price and costs changes.

This person should have sound technical understanding of analytics, utilizing this to implement pricing strategies and provide necessary feedback to the Pricing Manager.

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining pricing databases.

Your Impact


* Review and complete incoming pricing requests to support customer service and order entry


* Review, analyze, and make recommendations for targeted pricing actions based on analysis of margin impacts over time of each product category


* Support the order review process by analyzing identified pricing tasks and provide recommendations for pricing opportunities to add to the project funnel


* Support new project/product funnels to develop pricing and pricing strategies through coordination with category managers


* Assist Sr.

* Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment with varying departments

Your Experience and Qualifications


* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Marketing Research, Math, or Statistics, or proven relevant job experience


* 2+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the grain equipment industry


* Familiarity with basic principles of marketing


* Intermediate experience with Excel is required.

SAP, Salesforce and Power BI a plus

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $65,000 - $85,000, plus a 7% bonus target.

This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
