Work from the comfort of your home! This role is 100% remote, Saturdays are required.

Target Salary starting at $55k!

We are open to hiring in any of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, OR, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success:


* Proactively handle disconnection requests, address customer concerns, and offer solutions to retain customers and meet revenue goals.


* Upsell or cross-sell relevant services during save calls to increase customer lifetime value and achieve incremental revenue targets.


* Accurately enter and update work orders, save entries, and billing adjustments while ensuring all customer notes and account changes are recorded correctly.


* Complete all required training modules, stay updated on product changes, and deliver empathetic and professional service to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications


* A proactive approach - sometimes customers require encouragement to commit.

This might mean you problem solve and find solutions to our business customers.


* Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.


* We are looking for outgoing individuals! Be able to direct conversations and close sales.


* We value your experience in addition to education.

We are looking for three to six months of related experience and/or training.

We would prefer candidates with an Associate's degree or higher.
