McIntosh Care & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility in Longmont, CO We are looking for Full time day RN's or LPN's to join our team!

Schedules Needed:

RN/LPN:

FT DAY 6am-6pm

FT DAY 6am-2pm

RN $40-50 dependent on experience

LPN $32-40 dependent on experience

Duties:


* Greet newly admitted residents upon admission and participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.


* Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physician, and in accordance with established procedures.


* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.


* Ensure that an adequate supply of floor stock medications, supplies, and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of the residents.


* Receive and record orders, and document the prescribed treatments on the resident charts, and care plans as appropriate.


* Chart nurses' notes in a professional and appropriate manner that are timely, accurately and thoroughly reflect the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.


* Assist with other nursing functions assigned by the DON.
