What are we looking for?

The Key Account Manager is responsible for account managing key business accounts throughout the America region.

The successful candidate will be well versed in both servicing clients' needs, retaining business and further developing accounts through both cross and up-selling.

With the role supporting our Standards Solutions, a background in SaaS or software-related Account Management would be highly beneficial.

What you'll do:


* Build strong relationships with existing clients to fully understand their requirements and to identify new and add-on sales opportunities, both with current contacts and by networking with other relevant areas of the business


* Attend client reviews, presentations conducted routinely on key accounts


* Provide client analysis and statistics


* Manage Subscription Renewals and retention for allocated Accounts to ensure 100% closure within Subscription Start Month


* Manage the commercial aspects of client relationships by working closely with Sales and other Operational teams


* Grow account revenue and achieve monthly target


* Ensure that Sales Activities are accurately entered in a timely manner on Salesforce.com


* Complete and oversee Client Onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition from BDM to KAM
