In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and building pipelines of talent for assigned positions at the Club.

The Recruiter will develop partnerships with schools, universities, and organizations to proactively source and engage top candidates.

Serving as a true ambassador of Desert Mountain Club, this individual will act as a salesperson for the Club—promoting our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing and screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and assisting with onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have an energetic, persuasive, and a relationship-driven personality.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with at least 2-5 years of full life cycle recruiting with prior hospitality or club recruitment experience.

As well as high volume recruitment and ATS and HRIS experience.

Bilingual in Spanish required.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or another related field preferred.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
