Shift: Sunday and Monday 5:00am-1:30pm

What to expect:


* Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.


* Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.


* Ability to prepare special diets accurately including pureed foods.


* Ability to make the presentation of the food appealing to the residents.


* Willing to supervise and to work under supervision.

Successful Candidates:


* 2 years' experience as a cook


* Experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus!


* Servesafe certification a plus!

Rate Range: $18-$20/hour
