Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our NOC shift.

? Position Details:


* Shift: NOC (Overnight) 10:30pm to 7:00am


* Status: Full-time


* Starting Pay: $24.00


* Sign on Bonus - $750.00

? CNA Responsibilities Include:


* Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting


* Provide mobility support, including repositioning, transferring, and walking assistance


* Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition


* Assist with meals and hydration


* Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents


* Communicate effectively with nurses and team members


* Offer emotional support and companionship, especially important during night shifts
