Regional Service Sales Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $108,800 - $163,200 per year and an additional uncapped commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Regional Service Sales Manager to join Schneider Electric.

This position covers the following territory: CO, ID, MT, UT, WY, and the ideal candidate will currently reside within this coverage area.

This is an outside sales position for the Secure Power division of Schneider Electric US Services.

The Secure Power division of Schneider Electric focuses on providing solutions to ensure power availability and reliability for critical infrastructure.

This division offers a range of highly efficient single- and three-phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), pre-fabricated data center systems, cooling solutions, and remote monitoring and maintenance services.

In this role, you will:

- Drive incremental growth of service revenues.

- Cultivate a 'trusted advisor' relationship with our Schneider Electric end-user clients.

- Educate both internal and external colleagues.

- Work in collaboration with our strategic account and national sales organization sales teams, direct customers, channel partners, as well as service operations.

- Own all service revenue in your defined region and target accounts regardless of the route to market (channel/direct) with the goal of expanding our core services and leveraging strategic services pull-through revenue.

- Spend a minimum of 70% of your time with end customers in your defined regions, including non-named regional accounts, targeted service accounts, and named managed service customers.

- Dedicate 30% of your time to your channel partners and colleagues that assist in influencing service sales growth.
