Integration Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Integration Manager to support one of our key clients on a major infrastructure project located in the Capital Region of Finland.

The successful candidate act as the central point of coordination for project integration between multiple internal and external stakeholders.

This role ensures efficient planning, tracking, and handover of critical project systems within large-scale construction environments.

We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team on a technically demanding project for a reputable international client.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing the overall project schedule in close cooperation with the client's project and site teams.

You'll play a critical part in ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and effective coordination across all phases of the project.

Responsibilities:


* Lead and report on the execution of integration activities across all project phases.


* Serve as the single point of contact for integration planning, coordination, and delivery.


* Identify and manage scopes, interfaces, and construction phasing for CSA and MEP deliverables.


* Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan.


* Produce bi-weekly progress updates during Design, Procurement, Execution, and Handover phases.


* Chair internal and client-facing integration meetings to ensure alignment across stakeholders.


* Manage procurement compliance related to telecom materials.


* Facilitate snagging and handover coordination with clients.


* Support design and site onboarding workshops (H&S, method statements, etc.).


* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance throughout integration activities.

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent discipline.


* Minimum 5 years of experience in onsite project management within the data centre or pharmaceutical sectors.


* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, stakeholder coordination, and integration planning.


* Experience with telecom systems design/installation is preferred.


* Proven leadership and communication skills in multidisciplinary team environments.
