MEP Lead

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an experienced and motivated MEP Lead to support one of our key clients on a major infrastructure project located in the Capital Region of Finland.

The successful candidate will oversee the mechanical and electrical engineering activities on-site and will lead a team of engineers and ensure the successful delivery of MEP systems on a our client`s major data centre project.

We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team on a technically demanding project for a reputable international client.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing the overall project schedule in close cooperation with the client's project and site teams.

You'll play a critical part in ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and effective coordination across all phases of the project.

Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage Mechanical and Electrical Engineers across project phases.


* Propose and implement design changes to enhance cost-efficiency and constructability.


* Maintain strong commercial awareness in line with project goals.


* Oversee construction quality, material standards, and workmanship.


* Coordinate effectively with contracts managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.


* Ensure timely communication of accurate project information to all teams.


* Review and understand all design documents; flag discrepancies to the design team.


* Define resource requirements and develop high-performing teams.


* Promote and maintain the highest levels of health and safety on site.

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).


* Proven track record in procurement, project scheduling, and construction sequencing.


* Experience leading MEP teams in large-scale data centre or mission-critical environments.


* Strong communication and team coordination skills.


* Deep understanding of MEP systems and project delivery in complex environments.
