BIM Engineer

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to support one of our key clients on a major infrastructure project located in the Capital Region of Finland.

We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the digital modelling and coordination efforts for the client's complex MEP installations.

You'll be responsible for driving BIM workflows and ensuring design coordination across disciplines, contributing to the successful delivery of one of Europe's most technically advanced infrastructure developments.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a technically demanding project with a reputable international client while ensuring operational excellence and safety performance on a complex construction site.

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage coordination workflows and resolve model clashes between disciplines using BIM tools


* Produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and documentation in line with the project's BIM Execution Plan


* Ensure that all digital design deliverables are aligned with the client's requirements and project milestones


* Work closely with site engineers and package managers to support the installation and sequencing of complex MEP systems


* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure data consistency and design compliance throughout the project lifecycle


* Provide guidance and technical support to junior BIM team members


* Maintain digital model integrity, file structures, and naming conventions in accordance with project standards

Qualifications & Experience:


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field


* Minimum 4 years of BIM coordination experience in large-scale construction or industrial projects


* Strong proficiency in Revit with an MEP focus; experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is highly desirable


* Previous experience working on complex data centre or industrial building projects is considered an asset


* Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, coordination processes, and clash detection workflows


* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces and timelines


* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment
