We are searching for the best talent for Associate Director Capacity Management to be in Titusville, NJ; Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; or Beerse, Belgium.

You will be responsible for:



* The Capacity Manager is a trusted advisor to the Functions providing resource insights and analytics on a monthly and ad hoc basis that drive Functional decision making.


* Responsible for owning resource forecasting processes, e.g., Supply v.

Demand, overtime, attrition rates, J&J/Flex ratios, throughput analytics, resource trends, and many others.


* Work with key business partners to develop Machine Learning & advanced forecasting models.


* Enable financial planning cycles (BP, JU, NU, and CF) through a close partnership with Finance and Functional Business Operations Heads/Leads.


* Utilize excellent communication skills to translate complex resource related technical information and data into clear recommendations for decision making.


* Employ excellent listening skills to take complex information from subject matter experts within the Functions to develop robust forecasting models through requirements gathering, validation, deployment, monitoring and controlling (i.e., ensure model health).
