Mission


* Ensure the production requested by our customers is carried out safely and with high quality in our Tijuana plant.

A typical day for you might include:


* Optimize performance of our plant by hierarchically leading teams.


* Managing human and material resources with unionized personnel under your responsibility, keeping them safe and maintaining 5S standards.


* Carrying out production line improvement projects (via root cause analysis, process improvement using Lean manufacturing tools).


* Training incoming unionized personnel, promoting flexibility and rotation.

Qualifications

This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:


* 3 + years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Production


* Bachelor's degree on industrial, electrical, mechatronic engineer or related


* English Level: Intermediate (A2-B1)


* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


* Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models knowledge


* Desirable knowledge of performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/TRESS, SAP).


* Preferable knowledge of ISO 9000, 45000, 14000, 50000 standards.


* A yellow belt is desirable.
