Position: Activity Assistant
Job Type: Full Time

Requirements:- Must have High School Diploma or GED

-6 Months experience working with seniors preferred

-Basic computer skills preferred

Activity Assistant Position Highlights:


* Assisting the Activity Director in planning, coordinating and implementing a well-rounded wellness program for Memory Care Residents (This will include some weekend and/or holiday hours)


* Assisting with completion of assessments, care plans and associated paperwork


* Ensuring that all local, State and Federal guidelines regarding programming are met


* Being creative and bringing the "fun"


* Professional interactions with residents families


* Attending requested staff meetings and/or In-services


* Assist in tracking and monitoring daily activities as well as assisting during meal times


* Assist in ensuring a healthy community culture for our residents and partners


* Assist with setting up/taking down special event decorations
