Job Summary:

The Operations Training Lead will provide a specific business unit or multiple business units with production training support.

Review and modify procedures to support business needs.

Train new and experienced employees on procedures and ensure continued adherence to the requirements.

This role will also regularly perform production tasks related to past experience but also train and contribute to other production and packaging areas as required.
