Role reports to: IT Lead Marketing Operations Technology

Location: Manayata, Bangalore

What you will do

The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Ops MarTech team, focusing on delivering value for key platforms such as DAM, PIM, and MRM.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements with the goal of creating dashboards that support the use of marketing technology tools to derive actionable business insights.

This role will work closely with the BI developer and supports the demand intake & governance process to enable a healthy and effective continuous delivery pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, marketing technology, and data analytics, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams through interviews and workshops to understand business needs, business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align on project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications

• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and drive business growth

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining operations

• Supports BI Developer with testing and deployment to ensure data quality, integrity, and security; including but not limited to developing test plans, test cases, and executing with support of business stakeholders.

• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring successful adoption

• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure they are able to effectively utilize new capabilities & solutions
