This position reports into the National Key Account Channel Manager and is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

What You Will Do
The National Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and enhance brand presence.
The role requires strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts in alignment with business objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless collaboration at both commercial and operational levels.
• Trade Terms & Agreements : Negotiate and finalize trade terms, annual agreements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Team Leadership : Manage and guide a team of Field Executives to achieve merchandising, visibility, and category management objectives.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Foster internal and external top-to-top alignment to drive win-win partnerships with key customers.
• Performance Monitoring : Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Specific Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Additional Skills: Strong negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and experience in executing account strategies aligned with company objectives.
