Cash Applications Senior Manager

Kenvue is seeking a Cash Applications Senior Manager to lead its Cash Application team, which reports into the global Invoice to Cash function.

This role is responsible for driving overall strategic direction, operational oversight, and optimizing end-to-end process across Cash Applications and Dispute/Deduction Management.

As the Senior Manager, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster cross-functional partnerships, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining critical stakeholder relationships.

What You Will Do

Leadership and People Management:

• Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to the team responsible for Cash Application and partial responsibility for Dispute/Deductions Management and Master Data Management.

• Partner with teams across finance, sales, customer service, and IT to ensure efficient processes and resolution of issues.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.

• Build a culture of compliance and proactive root cause problem-solving

Drive Operational Excellence

• Establish and track against key KPIs and assess risks and opportunities to address within the team's scope while sharing insights across key stakeholder groups frequently.

• Serve as a key leader in driving enterprise technology implementation and deployment while ensuring consistent use of standardized platforms and tools.

• Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
