Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM)

Hours: Full Time

We are looking for a full time Assistant Business Office Manager.

We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees.


* Will be responsible for medical billing, but will have additional duties such as A/R collections.


* Supports financial and business office operations at the facility and reports directly to the Business Office Manager.

Qualifications:


* Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Medical Billing, preferably in a skilled nursing/ long term care facility.


* Some collections and accounts receivable A/R experience.


* Professional, positive, and customer service driven.


* Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.


* Must work well independently and part of a team.


* Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
