Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for an ICAM Strategist to join our dynamic team.
The candidate will provide ICAM support and coordination across all systems including providing architectural guidance, oversight, and advisement services to ensure identity management system technologies are integrated and meeting the appropriate security requirements. This position will be hybrid and the candidate will need to go into offices and present capabilities to potential and current clients.
The hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
* Conducts market research and defines the ICAM strategic market
* Establishes a corporate ICAM strategy for corporate growth
* Develops strategic ICAM roadmaps for various clients
* Serves as a CRM and liaison for cybersecurity clients
* Provide technical direction to cybersecurity engineers
* Thought leader to drive corporate cybersecurity practice
* Engages in ICAM meetings, provide security-related input, make recommendations to IAD federal staff, and be able to quickly understand new ICAM technologies and integration into FDA’s systems as needed
* Supports ICAM integrations, reporting, and provides recommendations for FDA integration as well as providing required information/reports back to the government for department-wide ICAM reporting requirements
* Involved with data analysis for determining data call requirements, (e.g.
number of Privileged Users per system, user accounts not leveraging PIV, etc.) and periodic reporting (e.g.
weekly, monthly, quarterly)
* Conducts reviews and provides feedback on ICAM designs and implementations, supports and or lead by-weekly ICAM integration meetings
* Supports non-standard activities as they are identified to provide benefit to IAD’s security testing requirements
* Work in a leadership role and mentor junior members of the team
* Perform feasibility analysis on business requirements translating them into technological solutions
* Provide guidance on how to architect and design, leverage, and operate various operational platforms, including Identity, Credential, Access Management (ICAM)
* Leading technical reviews and gaining required agency consensus/approval of assigned ICAM initiatives
* Implementing ICAM initiatives and providing use cases for incorporating new ICAM solutions
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business or Computer Science and a Masters in Computer Systems or MBA
* At least ten (10) years of technical IT security experience.
* At least five (5) years of experience performing ICAM security functions.
* At least three (3) years of experience performing ICAM functions for Federal IT systems.
* Ability to work independently/minimal oversight.
* Extensive work experience with cybersecurity tools such as: Ping, Okta, SailPo...
