Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for an IT Product Lead, to join our Information Technology (IT) team.

The IT Product Lead will be focused on a strategic partnership with our businesses to understand their opportunities, pain points and drive innovative solutions in the Commercial functions globally.

Like an employee of a startup, you will need to be resourceful and capable of partnering with key stakeholder's, building relationships, and interacting with market solution providers that can accelerate progress of our business objectives.

What You Will Do



* Providing Leadership by working closely with our Commercial functional areas to understand business outcomes, business processes, review current systems, and identify profitable opportunities within a defined product scope.


* Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and drive alignment of product backlogs and new demand.


* Aiding team members to overcome obstacles with the appropriate risk-based philosophy.


* Staying current on technologies and best practices, ensuring that we are leveraging the best knowledge to achieve success.


* Partnering to provide input to both application and product roadmaps and strategies.


* Communicate effectively to Business Process owners and IT Leadership on status, risks, and roadblocks.


* Coach and mentor product team members, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with the product vision and business requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience leading through direct supervision or indirectly through mentoring or project management.


* Experience working on projects from idea to implementation, executing all aspects of solution delivery including requirements gathering, scope definition, status reporting, and understanding project risks.


* Self-motivation and practical experience with work process transformation.


* Proven collaboration and influencing skills with peers and customers to gain alignment on objectives.


* Potential travel up to 20% of the time, economic conditions considered.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Information Technology or relatable leadership experience.


* Experience working with Commercial Sales and/or Order Management.


* Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Salesforce Field Services.


* Experience working with software vendors or software development to solve business needs.
