Overview

Position: .Net (C#) Full Stack Developer
Location: Albuquerque, NM (HYBRID)
Salary Range: $81,300 to $91,300 per year
Clearance: Clearable to Q

Security Info Systems manages, develops and maintains applications primarily for the Field Intelligence Element and Safeguards and Security organizations.

These 50+ applications are utilized to help facilitate and maintain the security posture for the laboratory.



* Subcontractor experience in HTML5, JavaScript, MS TypeScript, MS .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, MongoDB, AngularJS v1.x, Angular Material, MS Visual Studio, and Docker software container is required.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and study complex system requirements.

Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation.

Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.

Estimate software development costs and schedule.

Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.

Supervise software configuration management.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

• Analyze design, develop, and deploy full-stack .NET web applications supporting our customers.
• Support existing applications using a variety of legacy technologies (primarily .NET) and modernize these applications.
• Develop technological improvements to our team’s toolchain (for example, our CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure APIs, testing framework, or our microservice deployment platform).

Qualifications:


* BS/BA plus 1 year of experience. In Lieu of degree 7 years of job-related experience.


* Must be a US Citizenship 


* Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Department of Energy Q security clearance  


* Candidate can work remotely (must reside in the Albuquerque area) , but would need to be available to come on-site regularly.


* Candidate does not need to have a Q clearance to start but is a requirement.

Candidate will also be required to obtain a higher level clearance beyond and meet certain requirements.

Required Skills:


* Experience as a full-stack web development


* Experience developing in .NET (C#)


* Experience with relational database design and usage


* Experience agile development

Desired Skills:


* Experience with Angular 10+
