In this role, you will:



* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the digital experience teams.


* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.


* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.


* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.


* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.


* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.


* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.


* Ensure that all development processes are aligned with CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.


* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.


* Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.


* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization’s digital marketing strategy and goals.


* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.


* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.


* Ensure that the team’s work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.


* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.


* Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
