Key Responsibilities:


* Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for residents with communication and swallowing disorders.


* Provide direct therapy services, focusing on patient-specific needs and goals.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver holistic care.


* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all therapy sessions.

Qualifications:


* Current California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).


* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.


* A passion for patient care and improving quality of life.


* Strong organizational and communication skills.
