The Koch Global Treasury group is seeking a Treasury Manager to join us at our corporate office in Wichita, KS.

The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated, and focused on creating value.

This role provides a great opportunity to coach and develop a high performing treasury team, that supports cash management and banking services functions across all Koch companies.

You will engage and partner with Koch's diverse portfolio of businesses, banks, tax, legal, accounting, and other corporate capabilities as you strive to innovate and deliver Treasury services that exceed expectations.

Our Team

The Koch Global Treasury Bank Account Management group supports companies across Koch, Inc.

by providing bank account management support.

What You Will Do


* Key role in developing contribution motivated individuals across the Koch Global Treasury team


* Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient execution of bank account management functions, which includes but is not limited to bank account opening and closures, implementing bank account products and services, management of bank portals and bank account authorities (users, signatories, etc.), FBAR reporting, annual bank account audits, etc.


* Work closely with the bank account management team to develop innovative strategies for improving bank account management processes and procedures


* Identify and drive innovation within the team's daily responsibilities to help enhance our support for the Koch portfolio businesses


* Identify and manage a variety of treasury projects as they arise


* Provide guidance and support to various technology initiatives


* Build strong relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties


* Advance the Principle Based Management™ culture within the treasury team by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Progressive experience in a Treasury, Compliance or Legal focused role(s)


* Leadership or Supervisory Experience (i.e.

coaching/mentoring/leading a project team/developing talent)


* Experience in written communication and document review requiring a keen attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation


* Experience with Treasury Management Systems, Bank Portals and Legal databases (ie.

GEMS)


* Experience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses and geographic locations

What Will Put You Ahead


* Advanced experience with a financial institution or in a role with heavy legal document review requirements


* Advanced knowledge of banking regulations, banking practices, and cash management


* Treasury Management System experience; Kyriba preferred
