Business Development Associate
Full-Time - Business Development Associate
Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is a brand new comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility.
We provide acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults who are in crisis from severe symptoms related to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder.
As the Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in managing the development and fulfillment of a community education and outreach program.

Liason between referral sources and facilty.
Qualifications:A.
Education: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification or a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field, marketing experience.

Training
1.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
2.
Computer literate.
3.
Experience: at least 3 year experience working in a similar position, or one year of clinical experience with the primary population served by the program.
Position Highlights: The Business Development Associate shall provide for:
a) a department education development program consisting of orientation, in-service education and continuing education under direction of qualified person(s).
b) department meetings to review and analyze and develop plans for programs and proficiency.
