* Direct customer support


* Point of contact for order management issues and escalations


* Order Entry


* Transactional/offshore offer knowledge


* Communicate issues, identify process gaps, and/or improvements with the team


* Commercial Team, Local Logistics and Supply Chain planning direct contact


* Follow up closely on delivery schedule


* Daily follow up to KPIs

Qualifications

Qualifications:


* SAP Knowledge (desirable)


* Ability to adjust to new situations and challenges.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills


* Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities


* Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required


* Excel knowledge
