Access to Energy Performance Deployment Manager

n PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1.

Support to publish A2E external and internal dashboards, ensuring their compliance to international standards and internal rules

2.

Coordinate deployment of strategic priorities for A2E and conduct/ coordinate strategy/benchmark studies

3.

Support to manage the relation with some key accounts (Foundations, NGOS)

n RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Impact and financial performance management of the Access to Energy Business:

o Support performance deployment leader to implement the quarterly impact report of the Access to Energy Business

o Support performance deployment leader to implement and update an auditable measure of the Access to Energy impact

o Support performance deployment leader for economic performance of the Business (track monthly or quarterly sales, P&L, forecasts, targets)

§ Advance strategic priorities and relevant topics to address better access to energy:

o Coordinate the deployment of the strategic priorities for the Access to Energy Business

o Conduct or coordinate strategy/benchmark studies (competition, innovative business models, finance mechanisms, policy and regulation)

§ In collaboration with A2E leadership team, support to manage relation with key accounts and strategic partners such as:

o Corporate Foundations, NGOs etc.

n RELATIONS

§ Close collaboration with all Access to Energy Business teams (central, regional and national), including operations across Asia-Pacific, Africa, South America and Middle East

§ Close collaboration with all internal stakeholders

§ Potentially any internal or external individual asking for information or support

n SCOPE OF WORK

§ Across all A2E geographies for Schneider Electric

n REPORTS TO

§ Reports to the A2E Business Director Anglo Africa & Performance Mngt

n LOCATION

§ Bengaluru, India

n PROFILE

§ Education: Master's degree in business or engineering.

§ Experience: 8+ with expertise in access to energy, social business, or strategy in emerging markets.

§ Skills: high level of integrity, tenacity and team spirit.

High analytical and communication skills in multi-cultural environment.

Good ability to network in various environments.

Ability to influence and convince.

§ Languages: fluent in English.

Qualifications

§ Education: Master's degree in business or engineering.
