Technical Project Manager
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Primary responsibility is delivering Building Automation System projects.
He or she must have related industry knowledge, strong customer service skills, strong understanding of contracting procedures and tactics relative to such areas as project correspondence, documentation, timely notice of claims, subcontract negotiation and subcontract administration.
This individual should have good understanding of Building Automation control systems and have the ability to analyze control system drawings and schematics as well as advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards and industry construction knowledge.
This position plans, directs and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and billed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project.
This position may also be responsible for directing operations personnel.
This role will have a specific focus on the following items:
* Manage and support the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
* Fully accountable for the quality of the project execution and documentation
