Partnership Tax Manager

Koch is seeking a Tax Manager to join a dynamic team.

The tax team at Koch takes greater ownership in their roles through an enhanced knowledge that comes from in-depth interaction with the businesses they support.

Here, you can participate in compliance, tax position management, planning and business consulting for domestic or international operations.

This role can be based out of our Atlanta, GA, Wichita, KS, or Dallas, TX office.

Our Team

The Partnership team focuses on maintaining requirements related to Subchapter K, providing technical support and research for 1065 reporting, and collaborating with compliance to ensure accurate tax returns.

What You Will Do

• Maintain partnership attributes for assigned companies

• Review US income tax returns including Form 1065

• Develop and train tax analysts and tax interns

• Update projections based on business forecasts and review quarterly tax accounting submissions

• Build and develop relationships across the Koch companies

• Manage multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadership

• Drive innovation and transformation within the tax organization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proven experience in a federal corporate income taxation role

• Experience training and developing tax interns and/or tax analysts in a supervisor or leadership role

• Partnership experience

What Will Put You Ahead

• ASC 740, formerly FAS 109, accounting for income taxes experience

• Experience with Subchapter K
