National Account Support Specialist

Georgia-Pacific is looking for a National Account Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the National Accounts Manager (NAM) in driving the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives that enhance our partnerships with national accounts.

This role will assist in the development and implementation of value-added strategies that support the overall national accounts vision and create profitable long-term growth for GP.

Location: This hybrid role is based in Green Bay, WI.

What You Will Do



* Account Management Support: Assist NAMs in the day-to-day management of key national accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.



* Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights that support account strategies.

Generate regular reports to track account performance and identify opportunities for growth.



* Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between national account managers and internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication and fulfill client requirements.



* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within account management operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account activities using CRM tools and systems.



* End User Support: Provide comprehensive support for the end users of GP Pro products through emails, phone calls, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user inquiries and issues.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field OR equivalent work experience



* 2 years of experience in sales support or related field



* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)



* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment



* Willing to travel up to 10%

* Experience with CRM systems like salesforce.com



* Experience in roles supporting national accounts or managing strategic partnerships



* Demonstrated success in supporting business implementations
