Welder

Chentronics LLC, a Koch Engineering Solutions company, is looking to add a Welder to our team based in Norwich, NY.

We are looking for candidates with a passion and excitement for contributing in our Welding Department.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic team member who is ready for hands-on work learning new processes and equipment.

The successful candidate will work well in a collaborative and supportive environment and will provide quality, timely results.

What You Will Do


* Weld and assemble small components using appropriate tools / equipment


* Resistance welding.


* Polishing and sanding


* Cutting components using various devices


* Induction Brazing

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar.


* Tig welding


* Basic hand tool knowledge


* Basic manufacturing knowledge


* Ability to interpret written instructions.


* Ability to use measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures accurately.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Tig welding stainless steel and various other metals.


* 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment.


* Manual lathe operation.


* Resistance welding.
