Director/Senior Brand Manager - Commercial Strategy (Quilted Northern)

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA, focusing on driving commercial strategy and execution for our Quilted Northern® brand.

This role reports to the brand leader and is pivotal in steering the brand vision while leading key initiatives in collaboration with a large cross-functional team.

The position includes the supervision of two direct reports and offers a unique opportunity to leverage your general management skills and leadership capabilities.

What You Will Do


* Develop and implement strategies that support the overall brand vision.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business results and adjust workstreams as needed.


* Set commercial strategies for the brand, including product portfolio management, customer/channel priorities, and pricing strategy.

Communicate these strategies effectively and motivate internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.


* Provide guidance and make investment decisions on key customers.


* Supply chain direction and engagement on demand forecasts, supply, and inventory to ensure we are available where and when our consumer shops


* Lead commercialization of key brand initiatives.


* Build and share compelling selling stories with our sales organization


* Monitor and communicate competitor and market activities to proactively inform Quilted Northern portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree


* 5 years of experience in business, marketing, product management, supply chain, sales, or operations


* Cross-functional team leadership experience


* Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What Will Put You Ahead


* MBA degree


* Experience in the CPG, Retail, or paper industry (e.g., tissue, towel, napkin)


* Experience with IRI and/or Nielsen syndicated databases
