What You'll Do:

As the Director of Rehab, you will oversee the operations of our comprehensive rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.

You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized treatment plans, and drive continuous improvement in the delivery of rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage the rehab department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to residents.


* Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the rehab team.


* Foster a culture of collaboration between therapy staff, physicians, nursing, and other departments.


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.


* Monitor and manage rehab budgets, including staffing, equipment, and resources.


* Work closely with the clinical team to assess and develop treatment plans that meet individual resident goals.


* Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and meets all necessary requirements.


* Champion innovative approaches to rehab, ensuring the best outcomes for residents.

What We're Looking For:


* Proven experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation setting (preferably in post-acute care).


* Strong knowledge of rehab therapies (physical, occupational, and speech) and best practices.


* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.


* Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.


* A passion for providing high-quality care to residents and improving patient outcomes.


* Must hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) with appropriate licensure and certifications.


* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plus.
