Position: Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Sacramento, CA

Key Responsibilities:


* Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders


* Develop personalized treatment plans and document patient progress


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care


* Educate patients and families on communication strategies and care

Qualifications:


* Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
