Account Support Specialist (Arvig Answering Solutions)

What You'll Do


* Support Clients
+ Be the go-to person for client questions via phone and email
+ Check in with new clients after 2, 4, and 6 weeks to make sure they're happy
+ Solve issues quickly and suggest fixes to prevent them for happening again


* Set Up and Maintain Accounts
+ Customize accounts to fix each client's needs
+ Test accounts to make sure everything works smoothly
+ Update client accounts regularly and keep everything running smoothly


* Reporting and Scheduling
+ Run reports to answer client questions
+ Update on-call schedules and train clients on scheduling tools


* Tech Maintenance
+ Help troubleshoot computer or system issues
+ Assist with system updates and upgrades when needed


* Jump In Where Needed
+ Help with calls during busy times
+ Be part of the after-hours on-call rotation

What You Need


* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent


* Experience: 2 years in a call center of client-facing role

Skills:


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Great at staying organized and juggling tasks


* Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel

Bonus Points If You Have:


* An Associate's Degree


* 3 years of client support experience

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, with some on-call time.
