As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, managing the product development lifecycle, and driving the creation of advanced solutions that address critical needs across diverse healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the product vision and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
* Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
* Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
* Ensure that products are developed on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
* Strategically market and promote our technology solutions to a broad spectrum of healthcare providers, including skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, Medicare Advantage plans, ISNPs, and other healthcare settings.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and providers to drive adoption, utilization, and satisfaction with our systems.
* Leverage expertise to anticipate future trends, integrate emerging technologies into product strategy, and ensure our solutions meet evolving market demands.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration); advanced degree preferred.
* 10 years of experience in product management or product development, with a strong track record in healthcare technology across diverse settings, including acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and other healthcare environments.
* Proven experience in leading product development teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch.
* Demonstrated ability to market, promote, and drive adoption of technology solutions across various healthcare provider organizations.
* Strong understanding of population health management, healthcare systems, and related technologies.
* In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and alternative payment models, specifically ISNPs (Institutional Special Needs Plans)
* Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of operations of standard office equipment.
