* Full-time


* 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday


* The position includes a very comprehensive benefits and compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:


* Ensure safe and accurate loading of orders. 


* Unload raw materials from inbound trucks. 


* Place raw materials in correct area of warehouse or production floor. 


* Manually load and unload racks and waste from inbound trucks. 


* Communicate with Supervisors, Leads and colleagues regarding production and warehouse needs. 


* Keep machines stocked with materials.


* Wrap product to stage or load.


* Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.


* Visually inspecting products, labels, and aisle ways. 


* Lifting up to 50 pounds. 


* Stooping, bending, push, and moving about plant for up to 10 hours per day


* Perform other duties assigned by management as required. 


* Ability to work proficiently under deadlines. 


* Maintain clean, safe and orderly warehouse at all times. 


* Maintain forklift certification. 


* Follow safety regulations.

Job Requirements


* Effective problem solving and team building skills. 


* Prior forklift experience.  Certified preferred but not required. 


* Ability to operate a forklift to move pallets, products and waste around the plant in a safe manner.


* Ability to read various measurement equipment including a tape measure, ability to operate various hand tools including a pneumatic nail gun and circular saw. 


* Ability to read and interpret work orders. 


* Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision. 


* Dependability:  Little/no unscheduled absences, ability to work overtime as required.


* Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs.

* Able to work in a labor-intensive position

Knowledge and Skills


* Follow directions and work well in a team.


* Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.


* Forklift experience in the past is required.
